Microbiome Powder Mask

Either solid or liquid coconut oil will work. If using solid, mix it in your hand until it melts. I used about a 1/4 teaspoon of unrefined coconut oil extra virgin cold pressed. Grind the Host Defense Microbiome Powder a bit finer in a pastel n' mortar so it isn't too course. I used a pinch of microbiome powder. There are spoons available that measure a pinch, along with other small measurements.
 

Stainless Steel Small Measuring Spoons Tad 1/4 tsp, Dash 1/8 tsp, Pinch 1/16 tsp, Smidgen 1/32 tsp, Drop 1/64 tsp

It’s best to make a small batch to assure the medicinal potency.
